Entry Requirements

Delivery Modes
This course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical training in real or simulated construction environments. Students are required to access live construction sites to meet assessment requirements and develop real-world industry skills.
Course Completion
To achieve this qualification, students must demonstrate competency in all 27 units, including 24 core units and 3 elective units. Completion results in a nationally recognised diploma aligned with the Australian Qualifications Framework and industry standards.
Assessment
Assessment is competency-based and includes practical tasks, project-based work, and knowledge assessments. Students must demonstrate their ability to manage construction processes, supervise teams, and apply industry regulations in real or simulated workplace conditions.
